Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Supervisor to oversee sales operations and market expansion for cosmetics and skincare products within the Kathmandu Valley. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, leadership abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets while building strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.

Develop and expand the market for cosmetics and skincare products.

Generate orders and ensure timely product availability at retail outlets.

Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales activities and competitor performance.

Ensure proper product visibility, branding, and merchandising at retail stores.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers.

Supervise and guide field sales activities to maximize market coverage.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.

Ensure timely collection of market feedback and customer requirements.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or related industries.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of the Kathmandu Valley market.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned areas is an advantage.
