Job Description
We are looking for a creative and results-driven digital marketing officer who can manage online marketing activities, create engaging content, and support brand growth across digital platforms.
Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across social media platforms and other online channels.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and digital campaigns.
Design marketing graphics, promotional materials, and social media creatives using design tools.
Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional clips for online marketing campaigns.
Update and maintain website content through WordPress.
Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and other digital advertising tools.
Support search engine optimisation (SEO) initiatives to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
Conduct market research to analyse competitors, industry trends, and audience behaviour.
Ensure all digital communications maintain consistent branding and messaging.
Collaborate with internal teams to support lead generation and business growth objectives.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, information technology, mass communication, or a related field.
Certification in digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, or social media marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Proven experience in running digital advertising campaigns and managing online communities.
Portfolio of social media work, designs, videos, or marketing campaigns is preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media management.
Proficiency in content creation and copywriting.
Basic graphic design skills using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
Video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.
Working knowledge of WordPress website management.
Understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and on-page optimisation.
Knowledge of online advertising and campaign management.
Ability to interpret analytics and performance data.
