Job Description

Position Summary

The Enterprise Sales Officer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing enterprise client relationships, and achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.

The role focuses on promoting enterprise connectivity and ICT solutions to corporate customers across various industries in Banke, Surkhet, Dang, Kailali, and other assigned regions.

The candidate should possess strong B2B sales capability, communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with enterprise clients.

Job Description

Identify and acquire new enterprise customers for company products and services.

Generate and manage sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue and acquisition targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and strategic accounts.

Coordinate with technical and solution teams for proposal preparation and solution design.

Ensure timely follow-up for contract signing and service delivery.

Maintain regular updates of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasting reports in CRM/reporting systems.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Support customer retention and account growth initiatives.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Information Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales, preferably in ISP, telecom, ICT solution sales, or the technology sector.

Knowledge of enterprise telecom/ICT products and solutions.

Experience in handling corporate accounts and business proposals

.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of enterprise sales processes and account management.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Must have a two-wheeler and a valid license.
