Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

3 years of experience in channel marketing, sales, or distribution management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Analytical and results-oriented mindset with good understanding of channel operations.

Identify, recruit, and manage channel partners, distributors, and resellers.

Develop and implement strategies to improve channel performance and market reach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.

Plan and execute BTL and sales activation programs to drive partner engagement.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for channel improvement.

Manage channel marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of activities.
