Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital systems and monitoring tools.
Strong observation skills with good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Comfortable working in 12-hour rotational shifts, including day and night shifts.
