Job Description
Handle daily commercial and administrative operations of the branch/depot.
Prepare and process invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, and commercial documents.
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, banks, insurance companies, and clearing agents.
Manage LC/LCA documentation and payment follow-up.
Monitor inventory movement, stock records, and material dispatch.
Ensure proper documentation for import/export and logistics activities.
Maintain accurate commercial records and reports in ERP/SAP systems.
Support finance team in billing, payment reconciliation, and account coordination.
Ensure timely release and delivery of materials/products.
Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Monitor transportation and freight-related activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, taxation, VAT, and audit requirements.
Prepare periodic MIS and commercial reports for management.
Assist in cost control and vendor negotiations.
Handle customer and dealer commercial queries professionally.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in commercial, logistics, supply chain, or finance operations.
Experience in paint, FMCG, manufacturing, or trading industry preferred.
