Job Description
Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities
Lead and supervise sales, customer service, and technical support teams
Achieve branch sales targets and business growth objectives
Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention
Monitor service quality and resolve customer complaints effectively
Coordinate with technical teams for installation, maintenance, and network issues
Prepare branch reports, sales reports, and performance analysis
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Handle staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and team development
Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and local partners
Control branch expenses and manage operational budgets
Support marketing and promotional activities in the branch area
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
Minimum 3 years+ of experience in ISP, telecommunications, or related industry or other Field Branch Manager
Previous experience in branch management or team leadership preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of internet services, networking, and customer support operations
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
