Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and retail partners.
Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to drive category performance.
Coordinate effectively with sales, procurement, logistics, and distribution teams.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and performance across key markets.
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence throughout Nepal.
Achieve category sales, growth, and profitability targets.
Monitor category performance and prepare regular sales and market reports.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in the Rice, Pulses (Dal), and Grains industry.
Strong experience in category management and retail sales across Nepal.
Good understanding of wholesale market operations, especially within the Bagmati region.
Strong network and market understanding within Kathmandu wholesale markets.
Experience in category development, pricing strategy, retail sales planning, and market expansion.
Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capability.
