Job Description
As a Sales Associate at Tigg, you will play a key role in introducing our cloud-based accounting software to businesses across Nepal. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and helping them see how Tigg can simplify their accounting processes. This role involves a mix of lead generation, client reach-outs, product demonstrations, and closing sales. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from the first contact to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Prior experience in software sales, SaaS products, or IT solutions.
Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
Knowledge of the Nepali SME market and local business landscape.
Basic understanding of the B2B sales process.
Ability to deliver product demos to non-technical users.
Strong CRM skills and ability to manage sales pipelines efficiently.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree (Running or Completed) in any field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software tools.
Willingness to work in a value-driven sales environment.
Self-motivated and able to manage time and priorities effectively.
Should have a laptop and a smartphone (with space for an additional SIM)
