Job Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, providing personalized product recommendations

Demonstrate product usage and maintain in-depth knowledge of all company products

Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement

Handle billing, POS transactions, and maintain accurate sales records

Ensure proper product display, stock replenishment, and overall store presentation

Address customer queries, returns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner

Support inventory management and coordinate with the team on stock requirements

Maintain cleanliness, order, and brand standards within the store

Job Specification

Education: We value relevant retail or sales experience; formal education is appreciated but not a limitation for the right candidate
