Job Description

Overall management and smooth operation of the BLS Visa Application Center for Spain and Slovakia in Nepal.

Lead, motivate, and supervise the team of Visa Assistants and support staff.

Ensure strict compliance with BLS International guidelines, Embassy of Spain, Embassy of Slovakia, and Schengen visa rules.

Oversee the complete visa application process: document verification, data entry in BLS/Embassy portals, appointment management, biometrics, and submission.

Maintain high accuracy and quality standards to achieve excellent visa approval ratios.

Handle complex applications, escalations, appeals, and customer complaints.

Coordinate with the Spanish Embassy, Slovak Embassy (via Switzerland), BLS Regional Office, and VFS (if required).

Monitor daily targets, productivity, and service delivery KPIs.

Conduct regular team training on visa rules, document checking, and customer service.

Ensure data security, confidentiality, and adherence to BLS SOPs and ISAE 3402 standards.

Manage center inventory, infrastructure, and daily reporting to higher management.

Implement process improvements and maintain excellent customer experience.

Job Specification

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Master’s) in Business Administration, Management, Tourism, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in visa processing / application center operations.

At least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

Prior experience in BLS International, VFS Global, or Schengen visa processing is highly preferred.
