Nhuja Multipurpose Cooperative Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Executive to manage daily administrative operations and support organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of handling multiple office tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office activities, including answering phone calls, handling emails, and welcoming visitors professionally.
Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems. Ensure all member records and regulatory documents are accurate, updated, and securely stored.
Assist in recording daily financial transactions, preparing vouchers, and maintaining financial records and ledgers.
Provide general administrative assistance to management and staff as required.
Job Specification
Intermediate level.
1–2 years of experience in administrative, office management, or cooperative-related roles preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Nepali typing skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational and time management abilities
Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
