Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end procurement activities for paper and related raw materials.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts to achieve the best possible pricing.

Conduct comparative costing analysis and prepare cost comparison reports.

Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance.

Ensure timely procurement of materials to meet production requirements.

Evaluate supplier quotations and recommend the most cost-effective options.

Coordinate with production, inventory, and finance teams for smooth operations.

Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, and vendor documentation.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or Senior Purchase Executive in the paper industry.

Strong negotiation and rate bargaining skills.

Excellent supplier management and vendor development experience.

Expertise in comparative costing and cost analysis.

Good communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement-related documentation.
