Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Gallery Assistant role based in Radhe Radhe, Bhaktapur. The Gallery Assistant will support daily operations, including assisting visitors, managing artworks and exhibitions, and providing administrative support for the gallery. Responsibilities include maintaining gallery spaces, providing detailed information about artworks, coordinating events, and ensuring a positive visitor experience. Additionally, the Gallery Assistant will work closely with the team to support exhibition preparation and inventory management.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage professionally and warmly with visitors and clients

Experience and knowledge in Gallery operations and Gallery Administration

Passion for Art and familiarity with the art industry

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a collaborative environment

Prior experience in a gallery, museum, or creative setting is a plus.

Degree or coursework in Art, Art History, or related fields is preferred.

Salary

NPR 15,000 – 20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
