Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Freelance Videographer based in Kathmandu, with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The Freelance Videographer will be responsible for planning, shooting, and producing professional video content. Day-to-day tasks include operating cameras, setting up proper lighting for shoots, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring high-quality production standards. The role requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Video Production, including pre-production, production, and post-production processes

Strong skills in Camera Operation and expertise in using professional-grade Camera equipment

Knowledge of Lighting setups for various settings, including studios and outdoor environments

Experience with Shooting Video for diverse projects such as promotional, commercial, or cinematic content

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with teams and meet client expectations

Ability to work both independently and in a hybrid setting, managing deadlines effectively

Familiarity with video editing software is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory

Portfolio of previous videography work demonstrating skill and versatility
