Job Description

Lead and manage the workshop technical team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.

Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues accurately.

Ensure all repairs, maintenance, and service activities meet company and manufacturer standards.

Review work orders, approve repair plans, and ensure timely completion.

Monitor workshop tools, equipment, and inventory for proper functionality and availability.

Maintain documentation of repairs, technical reports, and service records.

Liaise with service advisors, parts department, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Implement continuous improvement in technical processes and customer service.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Evaluate the performance of technicians and provide feedback for skill development.
