We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Assistant to support the sales and onboarding process for these products.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining client databases.

Support the sales team in pitching Nepal eBilling to small and medium businesses.

Assist in presenting and demonstrating Medhavhi to schools and academic institutions.

Help coordinate product demos, client calls, and meetings.

Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients.

Gather customer feedback and relay it to the technical/product teams.

Prepare sales reports and basic documentation as needed.

Provide on-site or remote support during onboarding and training sessions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of SaaS or tech-based products.

Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits.

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Nepali and English language proficiency.

Nice To Have?

Previous experience in sales or customer support.
