Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist based in Kathmandu. The Marketing Specialist will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, conduct thorough market research, and collaborate with team members to enhance brand recognition. Daily responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, improving customer engagement, and promoting Jo Beauty’s cosmetic and skincare products. The role also involves building strong customer service relationships and identifying opportunities to grow market share.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends, understand market dynamics, and develop successful campaigns.

Experience in Sales to drive product adoption, meet targets, and grow the brand’s market presence.

Creative thinking and analytical skills to develop content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Previous experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data-driven decision-making is an advantage.
