Position Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and commercially astute Deputy Business Head – Brewery Division to support the leadership and growth of our brewery business. The role will be responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, profitability, distribution excellence, brand execution, and operational coordination across the brewery portfolio.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in alcoholic beverages, brewery operations, FMCG sales, and route-to-market execution, with the ability to manage large commercial teams and scale brands in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership & Strategy

Support the Business Head in developing and executing the brewery division’s growth strategy.

Drive revenue, profitability, market share, and volume growth targets.

Identify opportunities for expansion across regions, channels, and product portfolios.

Lead execution of annual operating plans and commercial objectives.

Sales & Distribution Management

Oversee sales operations across distributors, wholesalers, horeca, modern trade, and retail channels.

Strengthen distribution infrastructure and improve market penetration.

Monitor sales performance, depletion trends, and execution quality across territories.

Drive outlet expansion, visibility, and cold availability programs.

Ensure effective distributor management, alignment, and profitability.

Brand & Market Execution

Work closely with marketing teams to execute brand campaigns, activations, sponsorships, and trade programs.

Ensure strong in-market execution and premium brand visibility.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market dynamics.

Support new product launches and expansion initiatives.

Commercial & Financial Management

Manage sales forecasting, pricing strategy, trade spends, and commercial budgets.

Drive profitability through effective planning and operational discipline.

Review business performance metrics and implement corrective actions where needed.

Support inventory planning and demand forecasting in coordination with supply chain teams.

Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with brewery operations, production, logistics, procurement, finance, and compliance teams.

Ensure uninterrupted product availability and efficient supply chain execution.

Support quality standards, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor regional sales and commercial teams.

Build a high-performance, execution-focused culture.

Set KPIs, monitor productivity, and drive accountability across teams.

Support talent development and succession planning.

Experience

10+ years of experience in brewery, alcoholic beverages industries.

Strong exposure to beer sales, distribution, and commercial operations.

Proven experience leading large sales teams and distributor networks.

Experience in premium beverage brands and competitive markets preferred.
