Achieve monthly/annual sales targets and drive business growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers
Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management
Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely service support
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations and product availability
Support pricing, discount planning, and promotional activities as per guidelines
Ensure proper execution of field sales activities and team coordination
Report regularly to the Reporting Manager and perform assigned tasks
Job Specification
A bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
Up to 4 Years of experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and customer relationship management.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to meet targets
