Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kathmandu for a UK & Australia Documentation cum Visa Officer. The role involves managing the complete documentation process for student visa applications, verifying documents, and counseling students on visa processes. The Officer will liaise with educational institutions and visa authorities, ensure compliance with up-to-date visa regulations, and provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Qualifications

Proficiency in documentation and meticulous attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to counsel clients and coordinate with authorities

Knowledge of visa processes, requirements, and compliance for the UK and Australia

Proven organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in office software and digital workplace tools

Prior experience in the education consultancy or immigration sector is the mandatory

Fluency in English, both written and spoken
