Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Student Counselor. The Student Counselor will assist students with academic and career guidance, provide support and information about university application processes, and address inquiries to ensure a smooth journey. Additional responsibilities include offering personalized customer service, helping students overcome challenges, and maintaining effective communication with both students and university partners. The role plays a vital part in creating a positive experience for students as they navigate their educational pathways.

Qualifications

Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, with an understanding of students' academic and professional aspirations

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with students and university partners effectively

Background or experience in Education, with knowledge of university admissions and compliance processes

Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with students

Proficiency in managing time and tasks efficiently in a remote work environment

Experience working with international students is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field preferred
