Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes from research and ideation to final implementation.

Define UX strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.

Lead and mentor junior/mid-level designers by providing feedback and guidance.

Drive design thinking workshops and cross-functional collaboration sessions.

Make strategic design decisions based on user research, analytics, and business priorities.

Establish and maintain scalable design systems and UX standards across products.

Collaborate with leadership teams on product vision, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.

Ensure design quality and consistency across multiple projects and teams.

Present design strategies, concepts, and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.

Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in user experience.

Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in fast-paced environments.

Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility and high-quality implementation of designs.

Advocate for accessibility, usability, and user-centered design practices across the organization.

Use data-driven insights, analytics, and usability findings to improve product performance.

Contribute to improving internal design processes, workflows, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

Good understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design principles.

Experience in user research, usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping.

Ability to create high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.

Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
