Role Description
The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee day-to-day operations within the food and beverage department. Responsibilities include managing food service, improving customer service, supervising and training staff, planning budgets, and ensuring the highest quality in all food and beverage offerings. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kathmandu.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
Proven skills in Customer Service and relationship management
Ability to design and deliver effective training for staff development
Experience in Budgeting and financial planning
Ability to lead and manage teams efficiently
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in hospitality management is highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is a plus
