Budget & Planning Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate the company’s financial planning and budget management functions.

Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against approved budgets.

Prepare and manage financial forecasts and business outlooks.

Recommend benchmarks and KPIs to measure financial and operational performance across departments.

Conduct financial analysis for contract negotiations, business expansion, and investment decisions.

Support long-term strategic and business planning in coordination with department heads and management.

Operational Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the Finance Department.

Direct and coordinate debt financing activities and debt service payments with external agencies and financial institutions.

Ensure timely preparation of annual financial reports, including revenues, transfers, and expenditures.

Ensure compliance with all local financial reporting and statutory requirements.

Establish and implement departmental goals, policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Design and maintain an effective organizational structure and staffing plan for the Finance Department.

Participate in planning and policy-making committees to support organizational objectives.

Act as the primary liaison for financial matters with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Oversee financial management of foreign operations, including budgeting policies and financial procedures, where applicable.

Lead internal and external financial audits and recommend procedural improvements.

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
