We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team and drive sales of our Restaurant Management System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our solutions, and building long-term relationships with restaurant owners and hospitality businesses.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify potential clients in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Conduct cold calls, emails, and on-site visits to introduce our products.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build connections.
Sales Meetings and client Management
Present and demonstrate the product, its features and benefits.
Create and present product value propositions during customer conservations.
Close deals, negotiate contracts, and onboard new clients.
Competitive Analysis
Research on various competitor products and their pricing in the market
Understand the strengths and weaknesses of the competitors
Create a document outlining the competitive advantages.
Market Research and Strategy
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and initiatives that drive business growth
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
Act as a main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Visiting clients to demonstrate the product and services and its value proposition
Documentation
Create and update sales pitches for various situations
Document the Lead and its journey through the sales pipeline.
Territory AssignmentBusiness Development Associates will be assigned specific territories within Kathmandu Valley to manage client acquisition and relationship-building activities.
Territory 1 — Central Kathmandu
Areas Covered: New Road, Ason, Thamel, Jamal, Durbar Marg, Putalisadak, Bagbazar, Exhibition Road, Ratnapark, Sundhara, Tripureshwor
Territory 1 — Central Kathmandu
Areas Covered: New Road, Ason, Thamel, Jamal, Durbar Marg, Putalisadak, Bagbazar, Exhibition Road, Ratnapark, Sundhara, Tripureshwor
Territory 2 — North & North-East Kathmandu
Areas Covered: Lazimpat, Maharajgunj, Baluwatar, Samakhusi, Tokha, Gongabu, Basundhara, Bansbari, Narayan Gopal Chowk, Budhanilkantha
Territory 3 — East Kathmandu
Areas Covered: Baneshwor, Mid Baneshwor, New Baneshwor, Koteshwor, Tinkune, Sinamangal, Airport Area, Jadibuti, Pepsicola, Gausala, Chabahil, Jorpati, Bouddha
Territory 4 — Lalitpur & South Kathmandu
Areas Covered: Jawalakhel, Pulchowk, Jhamsikhel, Kupondole, Sanepa, Lagankhel, Satdobato, Kumaripati, Balkhu, Kalanki, Kirtipur
Essential Skills and Experience
Own a vehicle with a valid license
1-2 years of experience in sales/ Business development
Knowledge and understanding of selling and relationship building.
Strong Negotiation and Presentation skills.
Self-motivated and driven by targets.
