Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The role is central to ensuring smooth front desk operations and delivering exceptional first impressions to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
Handle reservations, phone calls, and email inquiries
Assist guests with information and service requests
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless operations
Support billing and payment processing where required
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution
Requirements
Strong customer service and front office skills
Excellent communication and phone etiquette
Previous hotel front office experience preferred
Familiarity with PMS systems is an advantage
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, hotel systems)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality training preferred)
Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude
