Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for a full-time on-site role at our Kathmandu location. The Registered Nurse will play a key role in patient care, including assessing and monitoring health conditions, collaborating with physicians to create and implement care plans, administering medications, and providing support and education to patients and their families. The role requires adherence to hospital protocols and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficient in patient assessment, care planning, and nursing interventions

Experience in medication administration and familiarity with medical equipment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Ability to handle emergency situations and critical thinking for problem-solving in a high-pressure environment

Knowledge of infection control practices and adherence to healthcare standards and policies

Valid RN license and certification from a recognized institution

At least one year of professional nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent professional qualification
