Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Office Manager to lead and coordinate the daily operations of Jimmal Group. This role will be primarily responsible for managing the sales process, supervising sales and marketing teams, ensuring smooth office operations, and maintaining accountability across all departments.
The Office Manager will act as the central point of coordination between management, sales, marketing, and administrative functions, ensuring that leads are properly managed, teams are performing efficiently, and company systems and processes are followed effectively.
Key Highlights
Lead and coordinate Sales & Marketing Teams
Manage the complete sales flow from lead generation to deal closure
Monitor team performance, targets, and daily activities
Ensure proper lead allocation, follow-up, and CRM management
Maintain office operations, reporting, and process compliance
Improve operational efficiency and team accountability
Support management in implementing systems, SOPs, and growth strategies
