Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Delhi. The selected candidate will focus on generating new leads, managing client accounts, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and developing strategies to expand the company’s customer base. Qualifications

Proficient in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.

Well-developed Analytical Skills for assessing market trends, identifying growth areas, and formulating strategies.

Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in the chemical or B2B sector is a plus.

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
