Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible parts manager to oversee spare parts operations for the two-wheeler division. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, parts availability, dealer coordination, and efficient spare parts distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall spare parts department operations

Maintain optimum inventory levels and stock accuracy

Ensure timely ordering and availability of genuine spare parts

Coordinate with dealers, service teams, and suppliers

Monitor parts sales and prepare regular reports

Handle stock forecasting and inventory planning

Ensure proper storage and documentation of parts

Resolve parts-related dealer and customer issues efficiently

Lead and supervise parts department staff

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile spare parts management

Experience in two-wheeler/automobile industry preferred

Strong knowledge of inventory management and spare parts operations

Good communication and leadership skills

Proficiency in MS Office and inventory software
