Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Editor based in Kathmandu. The Video Editor will be responsible for creating, editing, and enhancing video content aligned with client goals and brand identity. Responsibilities include video production, editing, color grading, incorporating motion graphics, and creating complementary visual assets. While basic motion graphics skills are a plus, the core expectation is strong video editing capability and the ability to deliver polished, platform-ready content. Collaboration with the creative team to meet project goals and timelines is essential.

Responsibilities

Edit high-quality video content for social media, ad campaigns, and brand projects

Build engaging narratives through strong pacing and storytelling

Enhance visuals through color correction and color grading

Add sound design, transitions, effects, and finishing touches where needed

Manage post-production workflows from raw footage to final output

Maintain consistency in editing style, brand tone, and overall quality

Collaborate closely with the creative team to bring ideas to life

Organize files and timelines properly to ensure smooth project delivery

Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

Proficiency in Video Production, Video Editing, and Video Color Grading

Basic knowledge and experience in Motion Graphics to create dynamic visual effects

Basic Graphics design knowledge to enhance visual storytelling

Strong knowledge of video editing software, Adobe Premiere Pro (must have),

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual composition

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Familiarity with digital marketing trends is a plus
