Job Description
Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and take orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages promptly and according to hotel standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding efficiently to requests and concerns.
Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas before, during, and after service.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Process guest bills and handle payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all service areas.
Assist in banquet, conference, and special event services as required.
Promote hotel facilities and upsell menu items whenever appropriate.
Job Specification
Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of experience as a Waiter in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
Experience in a 3-star or 4-star hotel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Basic English communication skills required.
