Job Description
Classic Tech is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle customer inquiries, provide information about services, and resolve basic service issues efficiently.
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries.
Provide information about internet packages and services.
Handle customer complaints and troubleshoot basic issues.
Register service requests and escalate complex issues to the technical team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Conversion from provided Leads
Achieve Sales Target as provided by HOD
Continuous communication with customers to achieve daily call target
In-depth understanding of Package and product
Job Specification
Minimum +2 or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Good communication skills (Nepali and English).
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work in shifts.
Result-oriented candidate with a minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Call Center
Sales driver target focus required
Must be flexible in weekdays
