Position Overview: Jagdamba Flour and Agro Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join the team as an Account Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Handle billing and invoicing activities accurately and efficiently

Conduct party ledger confirmation and reconciliation

Prepare ageing reports and monitor outstanding receivables

Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding financial matters

Support day-to-day accounting and reporting functions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2–3 years of relevant work experience

Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
