Job Description

The Customer Support Executive is responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience by handling inquiries, supporting showroom visitors, coordinating customer follow-ups, maintaining CRM records, monitoring customer satisfaction, and assisting the sales team in delivering high-quality service throughout the sales process.

Job Responsibilities

Actively listen to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and understanding.

Assist sales representatives in scheduling test drives, vehicle presentations, and customer follow-ups.

Attend showroom customer while sales representative gets busy attending other customers

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system and generate performance dashboard.

Conduct follow-up calls with customers before & after vehicle sales.

Monitor customer satisfaction levels and prepare feedback reports.

Maintain compliance with company customer service standards and policies.

Job Specification

Bachelor's degree (running or completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field

Freshers can apply (1+ years of experience related field is preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends is advantageous.
