✅ Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in construction, interior projects, and site management.

Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, billing, and cost estimation.

Experience in project planning, execution, and resource management.

Familiarity with construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Strong reporting, documentation, and organizational skills.
