Job Description
Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors on a daily basis to promote and sell FMCG products.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand market coverage.
Ensure product availability and proper visibility at retail outlets.
Collect orders and coordinate with the distribution team for timely delivery.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer visits, and collections.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities when required.
Gather customer feedback and report market insights to management.
Implement promotional campaigns and merchandising activities.
Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
Job Specification
Minimum +2 (intermediate) completed; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer service is an advantage.
Ability to work in the field and travel within assigned territories.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-orientated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A valid two-wheeler driving licence will be an added advantage.
