Job Description
Kel Innovation Private Limited is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Support Executive to manage product demonstrations, installations, and maintenance services. The role requires traveling to various locations, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. The candidate must have strong communication and time management skills, with a primary focus on delivering timely and efficient on-site, in-site service and support to customers.
Demonstrate products to customers, clearly explaining features and benefits.
Install, set up, and provide servicing & maintenance of products at client locations or through phone calls.
Deliver products securely and on time.
Address customer inquiries and provide on-site support.
Record visits and services performed for reporting purposes.
Other assigned field or office-related tasks.
Job Specification
+2 or equivalent.
Preferred experience in a customer support role.
Ability to effectively describe product features and functionality.
Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Intermediate computer skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Strong time management and the ability to work independently.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license.
Flexibility to travel frequently.
Adaptable to dynamic work environments.
