Established in 2013, Omnicom Media Group Nepal is a software company in Nepal and a subsidiary of OmnicomMediaGroup Australia - ranked top in media agencies in Australia.

We are a team of around 300+ professionals who are involved in design, development, testing and maintenance of software projects developed in latest technologies. Besides that, our people are also involved in Programmatic projects which involves conversion of business.

About this Role

This role is responsible for building the ‘client-side’ User Interface of our web applications with better responsiveness and better user experience. You should be able to translate our company and client’s needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise (50%)

Develop and maintain web applications using Vue and related technologies.

Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues and bugs.

Write clean, well-documented, performant and testable code.

Work closely with Product Managers, QA Developers and related stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Contribute to architectural decisions and frontend standards.

Learn, collaborate, and teach other Frontend Devs. Everyone can contribute something new to the team regardless of how long they’ve been in the industry

Help back-end developers and QAs with frontend solutioning and troubleshooting

Knowledge in task management and time logging tools

Comply with project plans and company standards

Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes

Product Quality Assurance (35%)

Conduct functional testing and verification before sending to QA

Self-Learning (15%)

Be updated with new technologies and trends

Any other additional tasks or responsibilities as required by the business.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of Accessibility standards

Required Experience & Qualifications / Critical elements of success

Proven 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer

Hands-on experience with Vue 3, Vue Router, Pinia, HTTP clients, and Vite

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and JavaScript (ES6+)

Experience with TypeScript

Solid understanding of core web and browser concepts (e.g., rendering, DOM parsing)

Strong knowledge of API integration and working with backend services

Experience with Git in a professional environment

Knowledge of responsive design, component-driven development, and state management

Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques

Understanding of web accessibility and SEO principles

Experience with browser testing, debugging, and cross-browser compatibility

Good understanding of the end-to-end web development lifecycle (design, development, deployment)

Knowledge of UI components and custom component libraries

Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, JIRA

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain and propose technical solutions clearly

Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced, and iterative development environment

Good sense of layout, design aesthetics, and user experience

Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies

Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments
