Our Client, Good Day Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, and a deep understanding of hospitality management.

This role requires an individual who can effectively manage teams, maintain excellent customer service standards, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage overall daily operations of the hospitality business

Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction

Supervise and coordinate staff activities across different departments

Maintain efficient food and beverage operations and service standards

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance

Monitor inventory, operational costs, and overall business efficiency

Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally

Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures

Support business growth through effective management and team leadership

Prepare operational reports and coordinate with management regarding business performance

Eligibility Criteria

Salary

Rs. 60,000 and above (Negotiable based on experience and potential)
