Monitor workshop outstanding payments and ageing reports.

Follow up with customers, corporate clients, insurance companies, for pending payments.

Coordinate with Accounts department regarding overdue invoices.

Coordinate insurance claim processing for accidental vehicles.

Liaise with insurance companies and surveyors.

Follow up on insurance approvals and settlements.

Coordinate repair estimate approvals with insurers.

Maintain insurance claim records and pending reports.

Escalate long-pending cases to management.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred

2–5 years experience in

Accounts receivable/debt collection & Insurance coordination

Experience in Automobile workshop operation preferred

Strong negotiation and follow-up ability

Documentation and reporting skills
