Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Fiber Manager based in Kathmandu. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of fiber optic network installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The manager will ensure quality service delivery, supervise technicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network performance.

Qualifications

2 years plus Experience in fiber optic network operations and management

Knowledge of GPON Technology and FTTH Internet Service

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Technical proficiency in broadband internet and IPTV services

Project management experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field
