Your Role

Advocate & Seller

Communicate with shoppers via chat, email, and phone to provide product recommendations and bundles.

Drive sales through expert knowledge of the brand’s identity and product line.

Handle returns and tracking inquiries while looking for opportunities to save the sale.

Ensure each interaction reflects the brand's tone, voice, and service standards.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of remote customer support experience with an emphasis on sales/upselling.

Internet

Must have 25 Mbps Download / 25 Mbps Upload (minimum).

PC

Intel i5 processor or higher is required.

Soft Skills

Exceptional empathy, patience, and a natural ability to persuade.
