Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Head Graphic Designer, based in Chitwan District. In this position, you will oversee the end-to-end graphic design process, create innovative design concepts, manage branding initiatives, and develop impactful logos. Additionally, you will lead and collaborate with a creative team to produce high-quality visual solutions aligning with the company's vision and client objectives.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling

Experience in Logo Design and Branding with a solid understanding of brand identity and marketing aesthetics

Proficiency in Typography, including font selection and text layout for optimal visual communication

Leadership and team collaboration skills to guide junior designers and ensure cohesive project outcomes

Proven knowledge of design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

A portfolio showcasing prior graphic design and branding projects

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred

Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
