Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products, expanding market coverage, maintaining strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and contractors, and achieving sales targets. The role requires extensive knowledge of the hardware and sanitary market and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Promote and sell company products to dealers, distributors, retailers, and institutional customers.
Identify and develop new markets and business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
Prepare and submit sales reports, market intelligence reports, and customer feedback.
Negotiate sales terms and ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Organize and participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing events.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Job Specification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing within the Hardware and Sanitary industry.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, market development, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and report preparation.
Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
