📋 Job Description

Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Generate sales performance reports and provide insights for management decision-making.

Monitor and track sales data, inventory records, and business performance metrics.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.

Develop and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.

Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams to collect and validate data.

Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities through data analysis.

Support management with ad-hoc reports and business analysis as required.

Maintain proper documentation and database records.

Assist in improving reporting processes and MIS systems for better efficiency.

✅ Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an MIS Officer or in a similar reporting role.

Strong knowledge of MIS reporting, sales reporting, and data management.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Charts, Formulas, and Data Analysis).

Good working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prepare accurate reports and interpret business data.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.

Experience in manufacturing or pipe & fittings industry will be an added advantage.
