Job Summary

Rolpa Cement Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting mechanical maintenance, equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of plant machinery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintenance and operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.

Monitor plant equipment performance and report technical issues.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Coordinate with the production team for smooth plant operation.

Ensure proper maintenance records and reports are maintained.

Support installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment.

Follow workplace safety standards and company policies.

Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Internship experience in manufacturing or cement industry will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment and maintenance.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
