About the Role
As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and growing strategic referral partnerships that generate commercial lending opportunities for the business.
This is a client-facing and relationship-driven role requiring excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and the confidence to engage with business professionals regularly.
In addition to partner relationship management, you will also manage referred client files — including client communication, document collection, coordination with internal teams, and keeping referral partners updated throughout the loan process.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong ongoing relationships with referral partners
· Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and engagement activities with partners
· Increase referral volume from existing partner network
· Identify and onboard new referral partners
· Act as the primary point of contact for referral partners
· Manage end-to-end process for referred files and communication with client and partners
· Maintain accurate CRM records and file notes
· Maintain high conversion rates and customer satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
· Confident in speaking with business owners and professionals
· Strong networking and people engagement skills
· Ability to manage multiple files and priorities simultaneously
· Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
· Experience in commercial lending, mortgage broking, banking, finance, or B2B partnerships preferred (but not mandatory)
Working Hours
● Australian Business Hours
6 am to 2:30 pm (Nepal Time)
● Monday to Friday
