• Minimum 5 years of experience in remittance, banking & financial services.

• Strong understanding of remittance operations & Nepalese financial regulations.

• Excellent communication, leadership, & relationship management skills.

• Ability to work independently and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day remittance business operations.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing agents, partners & stakeholders.

• Support Senior Management in developing and executing business growth strategies.

• Monitor transaction performance, compliance standards, & operational efficiency.

• Identify new business opportunities & partnership prospects.

• Coordinate with banks, payment partners, and regulatory authorities when required.

• Lead and supervise operational team to ensure service quality and productivity.
